Son of a Chinese mother and an Australian father (Frederick William Perry), who abandoned the family in Anthony's early life.Had his own indie rock band during 1995-2002. Much of the frustration and pent-up emotions are intimately documented on his albums (1995, 2002.) He survived the abuse and discrimination, but was enough of a truant to graduate from high school at 21.
